About Us

We work exclusively with highly educated and experienced staff who make all calls in their native language in order that we are able to guarantee the highest standard for all calls. All our employees are highly skilled and they receive regular communication skills and contact management training. To ensure our staff our fully prepared there is always a full briefing shortly before the project begins.

At the beginning of each project we meet with the customer in order to obtain an overview of their targets, plans, quality demands and project size.

After a successful start, we will make quality checks at regular intervals. Feedback meetings will help us optimize call quality as well as visit areas that may benefit from improvement. Any weaknesses will be instantly highlighted and remedied immediately. To ensure that project targets are always the focus of our activities we will hold regular feedback meetings based on actual results.
